Long Term PlansNgā mahere whāinga pae tawhiti

We produce a new operational plan - referred to as a Ten Year Plan or Long Term Plan - every three years. The Council adopted its 2021-31 Long Term Plan in June 2021.

Coming up - Three-year Long Term Plan 2024-27

We are getting ready to take our three-year Long Term Plan 2024-27 out for consultation, from Monday, 15 April to Wednesday, 15 May.

The plan is about the delivery of a significant flood resilience programme across the region, and tough choices we need to make in order to fund recovery work.

We will provide the full plan and details from Monday, 15 April when you can have your say, and make a submission.
