HBRC Regional Survey
Every 2-3 years, HBRC carries out an independent survey of Hawke’s Bay people.
The most recent results came from a 500-person 'random' telephone survey in April 2015. By comparison, the survey before that took place in April 2013, canvassing 700 Hawke’s Bay people.
We asked Hawke’s Bay people about their general awareness of the work carried out by council, satisfaction levels, and how we are performing in specific areas, such as Civil Defence, HeatSmart, our work in Regional Parks, etc.
Overall survey results paint a positive picture of the relationship Hawke’s Bay people share with the Regional Council.
The survey results are shared with Councillors, Executive and HBRC's Management teams to identify key actions that can be taken.
