Have your say on our Hawke’s Bay boating guide

safer boating pack 2024We’re working on creating a boating guide tailored to the Hawke’s Bay region and we need your input to make it as useful and relevant as possible. This guide will feature important safety tips from the Safer Boating Forum, specific hazard information for our local waters, and key details from regional bylaws—all presented in a clear, easy-to-understand format.

By taking part in this survey, you'll help us understand the types of maritime activities taking place in Hawke’s Bay and what information would make your time on the water safer, more enjoyable, and in line with Hawke’s Bay marine regulations.

This survey will take approximately 5 – 10 minutes. Your feedback will play a key role in ensuring this guide meets the needs and provides the right information to everyone who enjoys our marine environment.

You’ll also go into the draw to win a Safer Boating Pack, thanks to Maritime NZ.

This kit is packed with essential items to help keep you safe on the water! The winner will be selected at random on Monday 20 January 2025 at 5pm and we contact the winner via email.
