Mapping Tool2You can contact the Regional Council staff at any time to discuss your resource consent needs.

Consents advisors

First call when applying for a consent is to discuss or arrange to meet with a consents advisor to go over your project and the consents you might need to apply for. They can also help you to complete the application forms and supply the information needed to reduce processing times and costs. Contact Consent Advisor +646 833 8090, or email here.

Consents planner

When you submit an application, it will be managed by a Consents Planner. They will work with you throughout the consent application process. You will be informed who your Consent Planner is and their contact information when you receive the acknowledgement of your application.

Compliance officer

After you have been granted your resource consent, it will be assigned to a specific Compliance Officer who may contact you. They are responsible for checking that consent conditions are adhered to. You can contact them to discuss any issue, and it’s best to talk over a problem with them early, before it escalates. Compliance/Pollution Hotline 0800 108 838
