HBRC are currently embarking on a significant system replacement process which will see the deployment of a new Financial Management Information System (FMIS).

As a result of this, we are seeking highly capable Business Analyst to work as part of the Project team to ensure the successful the implementation of the chosen solution. This position is being offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis through to the successful completion of the project. We envisage this to be December 2021.

In this role, you will provide valuable Business Analyst knowledge and support to the FMIS project team including testing strategies and plans, training materials, defect management, documentation review and delivery, as well as solution configuration. You will provide product “ownership” for the FMIS by developing a deep understanding of the solution’s capabilities and champion it’s adoption.

Key skills, experience and qualifications required for this role include:

• Ability to analyse, articulate and document customer requirements
• Ability to translate requirements into workflow and map them to technical solutions
• Proven experience in implementing complex solutions (Finance System knowledge would be an advantage)
• An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Positive and professional in your approach; a “team player”
• Ideally possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, or similar

It is likely that your previous Business Analyst experience will have been within similarly large and complex environments. You will be comfortable working at all levels across the organisation, managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, delivering outstanding outcomes.
