HARBOURMASTER NOTICE
Reserved Area - Clive River, Hawke’s Bay Rowing Club Racing
In accordance with the Navigation Safety Bylaws 2012, Clause 3.9, Areas B, C, and D of the Clive River (downstream and upstream of the highway bridge) is reserved for the exclusive use of Hawke’s Bay Rowing Club for the LVA Regatta from: 7.00am to 1.00pm, Sunday 15 September  2019. 
For safety reasons the area is closed to all unauthorised vessels, net or line fishing, swimming or any other activity likely to interfere with the racing event, except as directed by race officials. Speed restrictions are temporarily uplifted  within the race area as officials boats may be required to travel at higher speeds than the 5 knot speed limit for supervision and emergencies.
