Administrator - Catchment Management Northern (Wairoa) (Part time)

Hawke’s Bay Regional Council has three part time opportunities for highly organised and innovative administrators to provide support to the three Catchment Management teams operating out of Waipawa (20 hours pw), Napier (32 hours pw) and Wairoa offices (20 hours pw)

These are important support roles that require excellent customer service ability, an intuitive personality,  ability to achieve high levels of accuracy, work effectively under pressure and be an excellent team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

The successful applicants will need to be skilled in responding to a varied and diverse workload and have exceptional computer and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is required.

Key Skills to be successful in this role are:

• Reception/office administration experience.
• Excellent customer service focus.
• Experience in minute taking
• Experience in maintaining  web site information
• Experience providing project support
