Executive Assistant
Hawke’s Bay Regional Council has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and innovative person to provide comprehensive and confidential executive support to the Group Manager Integrated Catchment Management Group. This is an important role in the Council that requires an intuitive person who can achieve high levels of accuracy, an ability to work effectively under pressure and an excellent team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
The successful applicant will need to be skilled in responding to a varied and diverse workload and have exceptional computer and communication skills. Previous experience as an executive/personal assistant is required, and experience providing Board, Council or Committee secretarial services would be an advantage.
