Hawke’s Bay Regional Council has received the following applications for resource consents under the Resource Management Act 1991, Section 95A. 

Proposed Activity: To construct and subsequently maintain a coastal protection structure (limestone rock revetment) within Coastal Hazard Zone 1 and the Coastal Marine Area (CMA); to occupy space within the CMA with the structure; and for all associated works and ancillary activities, including the deposition, excavation and disturbance of materials as may be restricted by 12(1) & (2) of the RMA.

Location: Clifton Reserve and 466 Clifton Road (adjacent to the Clifton Camp access road)
