In accordance with the Navigation Safety Bylaws 2012, Clause 3.9, the following areas are reserved for Werohia waka ama events:
Friday 10 March 2017 3.30pm to 8.00pm - Pandora Pond at Ahuriri,
Friday 17 March 2017 3.30pm to 8.00pm - Area C of the Clive River, as described in Schedule S2.3 of the Bylaws.
For safety reasons these areas are closed to all unauthorised water craft, net or line fishing, swimming or any other water activity likely to interfere with the event, except as directed by event officials.
