Hawke’s Bay is one of New Zealand’s top destinations for Kiwis, enjoying a beautiful coastline, fantastic outdoor activities, fertile plains and a great climate! The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council is responsible for strategic planning and management of the region’s natural resources and associated infrastructure, ensuring that the region and environment is managed effectively for current and future generations.
We are currently recruiting a Planner to sit within the Strategic Development Group, to assist in resource management plan development and implementation processes.
In particular, you will be involved in statutory advocacy and the associated coordination of work outputs from a variety of other staff and external stakeholders in a way that ensures those outputs are fit for purpose for policy implementation.
