We're looking for a Strategy & Performance Team Leader to help shape organisational strategy and drive execution. As the Team Leader Strategy & Performance, you'll take the lead in managing corporate planning processes, such as the long-term plan and annual plan ensuring alignment with the Local Government Act. Your expertise will drive organisational performance reporting, focused on transparency, accountability and service improvement. You will deliver impactful presentations to the Executive Leadership Team and Council/Committees, showcasing progress and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
You will hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and bring at least five years' experience in strategic, corporate planning, or policy roles. Ideally you will be a seasoned project manager comfortable with complexity. Your skills will include interpreting and communicating complex data for a variety of audiences, and proficiency in MS Office tools. You thrive in leading, solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity with confidence and sound judgement.
