We're seeking a dynamic and versatile Corporate Support Assistant to join our Corporate Services team at Hawke's Bay Regional Council. You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing crucial support across various functions and helping us deliver excellent service to our staff and community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating facility maintenance and fleet management
• Handling procurement and supplier relations
• Operating financial systems and managing purchases
• Providing administrative support and documentation services
• Offering backup support to other team members
• Adapting to diverse organizational needs

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management systems

• Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A valid driver's license

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $56,700 to $63,000 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
