Are you an Intermediate Business Analyst with a passion for driving technological improvements across an organisation? Join our ICT Strategic Projects team, where you'll work alongside dedicated professionals committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation. You will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to ICT projects, helping to enhance business processes and deliver effective solutions.

As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you'll assist in conducting detailed business analysis, gather and document requirements, and support the development of practical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and communicate insights to stakeholders.

About you | E pā ana ki a koe:

We are looking for a motivated Intermediate Business Analyst who brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience in supporting ICT projects, improving business processes, and working collaboratively across teams. If you are ready to grow your career in a dynamic work environment, we invite you to join our team.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Understanding of project management and change management principles in ICT.
  • Proven experience with business analysis tools and techniques such as use cases, process modelling, and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity of solutions that have been implemented using technology such as Office 365, SQL database queries and constructs, workflow automation, reporting tools and GIS.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Technology One - this would be extremely advantageous.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to thrive in the ever-changing nature of HBRC.

 

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $89,640 and $99,600 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
