In accordance with the Navigation Safety Bylaws 2012, Clause 3.9, ‘Area B’ as described in Schedule S2.3 of the Bylaws is reserved for Hawke’s Bay Rowing Club John Howard Regatta:
11.00am to 4.30pm on 24 September 2016
8am to 12.30pm on 25 September 2016
For safety reasons, the regatta area is closed to all unauthorised water craft, net or line fishing, swimming or any other water activity likely to interfere with the event, except as directed by Rowing Club officials.
