In accordance with instruction from Minister Parker, notice is given that approval has been granted under clause 10A(4)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA) for the TANK PPC9 decision to be issued no later than 31 August 2022 (a three-month extension).
