People & Capability Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a customer focused, solution driven superstar to join our People and Capability Team. HBRC is in an exciting phase of growth and development and we are on the hunt for a people person who has a high level of initiative, attention to detail and is proficient in the use of Microsoft office and SharePoint. The preferred candidate will have a positive outlook on life, a good sense of humour and enjoy working alongside our people.

The People and Capability Coordinator plays a key role in administering and managing HR systems and processes while delivering support to the People and Capability Team, Managers, and staff.  This diverse role will get involved within the full spectrum of human resources with a focus on recruitment support, onboarding, document management and event coordination. To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised coordinator/administrator who has a passion for people and a drive for excellence.  You will also be a self-starter who enjoys getting ‘stuck in’ and is ready to hit the ground running.

This is a permanent, full-time role. The salary range for this role will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
