We are seeking an enthusiastic ICT Support Officer to join our dynamic ICT team. In this role, you will:

• Manage and resolve service requests and helpdesk calls efficiently, ensuring a strong customer-centric approach.
• Provide 1st level remote and in-person support for hardware and software, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support the procurement, configuration, and management of hardware and software assets.
• Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and management of corporate applications and user profiles.
• Collaborate with the ICT team to analyse and resolve technical issues, translating complex IT concepts for various audiences.
• Maintain up-to-date ICT policies and procedures through excellent documentation skills.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent documentation skills for maintaining up-to-date ICT policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in managing service desk operations, hardware/software troubleshooting, and application support.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex IT concepts for various audiences.
• Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility to keep up with the ever-changing nature of HBRC.

What we offer | Nga huanga mōu:

The salary range for this role is between $56,700 to $63,000 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
